QandA ch13 and 14 *Update*

So I was working diligently on the next chapter... :) My friends found a few mistakes in both chapters...So I decided to re-up those chapters, however, I only renamed ch13, but by now ch14 should be up to date with the latest fixes. Sorry about that... The fixes include some grammatical errors such as you're and your, a missing period, and missing apostrophes. No change to the translations. Oh and a credit page :)
